The <strong>Central Argentine Railway Athletic Club</strong> was founded in <span title="1889-12-24"><span title="12-24">December 24</span>, 1889</span> by English railway workers of the British-owned Central Argentine Railway company. The first president was Colin Calder, and all club activities were carried out in the English language. When the company took over the Buenos Aires and Rosario Railway company in 1903, the name of the club was formally changed to Club Atlético Rosario Central. The club was a founding member of the Premier League in 1992, and has played in the top division of English football since 1938, with the exception of the 1974–75 season. Average attendances at the club have been higher than any other team in English football for all but six seasons since 1964–65.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Manchester United are the reigning English champions and Club World Cup holders, having won the 2008–09 Premier League and the 2008 FIFA Club World Cup. The club is one of the most successful in the history of English football and has won 22 major honours since Alex Ferguson became manager in November 1986. In 1968, they became the first English club to win the European Cup, beating Benfica 4–1. They won a second European Cup as part of a Treble in 1999, before winning their third in 2008. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The <strong>Valencian Community</strong><sup id="cite_ref-bbc_0-0" class="reference"><span>[</span>1<span>]</span></sup> (officially in Valencian <em>Comunitat Valenciana</em>; Spanish: <span lang="es" xml:lang="es"><em>Comunidad Valenciana</em></span>) is an <span class="mw-redirect">Autonomous Community</span> located in central and south-eastern Spain. It is divided into three provinces, from south to north: Alicante, Valencia and Castellón.</p>
<p>It has 518 km of Mediterranean coastline and covers 23,259 km² of land with 5.02 million inhabitants (2008). Its borders largely reflect those of the historic Kingdom of Valencia.</p>
<p>The current version of the Valencian Statute of Autonomy declares the Region of Valencia a <span class="mw-redirect">nationality</span>. The official languages<sup id="cite_ref-official-languages_1-0" class="reference"><span>[</span>2<span>]</span></sup> are Spanish and Valencian<sup id="cite_ref-official-languages_1-1" class="reference"><span>[</span>2<span>]</span></sup><sup id="cite_ref-bbc_0-1" class="reference"><span>[</span>1<span>]</span></sup> (as Catalan is known in this territory). <p>Es la heredera de la región histórica de Castilla la Nueva, exceptuando a la provincia de Madrid, que se decidió que constituyera una comunidad autónoma uniprovincial separada de Castilla-La Mancha sin celebración de referendum como el caso de otras comunidades, tras la división territorial de España posterior a la promulgación de la <span class="mw-redirect">Constitución de 1978</span>, e incluye la totalidad de La Mancha, al incorporarse la provincia de Albacete (formaba parte de Murcia).<sup id="cite_ref-elecciones.net_0-0" class="reference"><span class="corchete-llamada">[</span>1<span class="corchete-llamada">]</span></sup></p>
<p>Se rige mediante un Estatuto, aprobado en 1982 y cuya última reforma, que data de 2007,<sup id="cite_ref-estatuto_1-0" class="reference"><span class="corchete-llamada">[</span>2<span class="corchete-llamada">]</span></sup> está en proceso de aprobación en el <span class="mw-redirect">Congreso de los Diputados</span>. El estatuto establece que el poder regional es ejercido por la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, presidida en la actualidad por José María Barreda Fontes, del PSOE. Ese mismo partido ostenta la mayoría absoluta en las Cortes de Castilla-La Mancha, formadas por 49 diputados. El Partido Popular es el principal partido de la oposición.
